Chef/Partner Myo Htun, a native of Burma, trained under a Master Ramen Chef in Tokyo, Japan for nearly 30 years. Today, he continues to craft the same authentic dishes he perfected in Japan here at Chaplin’s.
Co-owners Ari and Micah Wilder of Chaplin’s and Wilder Brothers have developed a playful, progressive beverage program that complements Chef Myo’s cuisine.
Each time you step through the doors at Chaplin’s, expect to be transported to an era that helped shape a culture rooted in entertainment and indulgence — where Charlie Chaplin tips his hat, martini in hand, and the spirit of classic showmanship meets the energy of a modern Japanese table.
