Hitz Pub & Eatery is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers to provide excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced pub environment. Servers are responsible for delivering great hospitality, maintaining menu knowledge, and ensuring guests receive efficient and professional service.
Responsibilities- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently and correctly
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Work as a team with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
- Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service in Illinois
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($9.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $600.00
