Turning Point is an award-winning daytime-only breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept. For 28 years and across 30+ locations in NJ, PA, DE, FL, and VA, we've proven you can love this industry without giving up your evenings. Our hours: 7:30am–3:00pm. That's it.

This is a 200-seat restaurant in One uCity Square, in the middle of Philadelphia's innovation district — Drexel, Penn, Penn Presbyterian, and the Science Center all within a few blocks.

What you'll do

• Lead daily operations of one daytime shift, working alongside both FOH and BOH
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop an exceptional opening team — and keep building it
• Deliver the full Turning Point guest experience, start to finish
• Own staffing and scheduling, inventory (one full count per period), and sales, labor, and food-cost controls
• Use our technology and reporting tools to run the restaurant efficiently
• Build and hold the Turning Point culture — employee appreciation, outstanding food, a great room, and genuine enjoyment of the work
• Ensure equity, inclusion, and respect for every team member

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (GM or AGM), required — high-volume or breakfast/brunch concept a plus
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Positive, enthusiastic, encouraging leadership
• ServSafe certified or willing to certify before opening
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Training

You'll complete Turning Point's comprehensive corporate training program before running our restaurant — the full TP system with dedicated GM-level training, fully paid. Training is held at Turning Point's site in Ocean Township, NJ. We cover housing in New Jersey for the duration, or you can discuss commuting if you'd prefer. Schedule and timing discussed at interview.

Schedule

• Full-time, day shifts only (restaurant hours 7:30am–3:00pm)
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits
