SERVER: ($6 hour plus gratuity)

The restaurant server will be a people-oriented self-starter, able to work well independently and with fellow staff members. The server will be highly organized efficient and understands the importance of upscale service of dining room guests.  This person will be able to provide the highest quality service throughout lunches, evening dinners, matinee performances, and special events.


BARTENDER: ($14 hour plus gratuity)

This position requires an organized, courteous, fast, and efficient person who will be responsible for all the tasks and duties of a bartender. This candidate must be able to remain focused in a busy, fast-paced environment, communicates well with others including clients, guests, and co-workers, is a team player, and has a positive demeanor. Candidate will be responsible for the beer, wine and liquor service of the Dining room and Special events.

FOOD RUNNER: ($9 hour plus gratuity)

The Food Runner will be highly organized and efficient. The services provided by the runner are to include lunch and dinner services, matinee performances, and special event services. The Runner position is one that requires excellent communication with co-workers as well as the ability to deliver food and drinks.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 Years Fine dining Experience - Servers
  • Knowledge of Menu Ingredients & Wines offered
  • Ability to Take Initiatives & Exhibit Flexibility
  • Exhibit Proper Knowledge, Selling Techniques and Service Delivery
  • Work As a Team Member
  • Professional Appearance and Demeanor, without Exception   
  • Maintain Cleaned & Pressed Uniforms for Every Shift (Tuxedo Required for Servers)
  • Set-Up / Break-Down / Side Work Responsibilities Required
  • Day, Evening and Weekend shifts required
  • Perform All Other Job-Related Duties as Requested
  • Food Handlers – ServSafe - Offered online
  • Bartenders - Basset Certified - Offered online
