Tarallucci e Vino is looking for an exceptional full-time bartender who genuinely loves people, hospitality, and the spirit of creating a neighborhood community.
We are an Italian restaurant and wine bar, but what we really want to create is something bigger: a place where guests feel welcomed, recognized, and at home.
We like to think of our bartender as a host behind the bar.
Yes, you need to make great drinks and know your craft. But we're looking for much more than that.
We want someone who remembers a guest's favorite wine or cocktail. Someone who learns the names of our regulars, welcomes the person walking in for the first time, starts conversations, and brings warmth and positive energy to the room.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of bartending experience in a quality full-service restaurant
- An incredibly warm, friendly, and outgoing personality
- A genuine love of taking care of people
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and spirits
- A natural ability to connect with guests and build regulars
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for Italian food and wine
- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
- A team-first attitude
- Pride in maintaining a beautiful, organized bar
- An understanding that great hospitality is ultimately about how you make people feel
Italian wine knowledge is a plus, but personality, hospitality, and a desire to learn matter enormously to us.
Compensation: $15–$18/hour + tips, based on experience.
