I'm looking for an aspiring chef to help create and contribute to the menu. Must have a passion for seasonal food, a desire to buy from local farmers and specialty/artisan producers and love beer. Experience with butchering and making sausage a big plus. Responsibilities include managing others, overseeing the kitchen and ordering. Please be prepared to provide a solid work history and references showing a culinary degree and 2+ years experience.
