Job Details

Smith & Wollensky is hiring for an experienced Sous Chef

Must have 2-4 years of high-volume, fine-dining experience.

Must be able to expedite 400+ covers a night.

A culinary education is preferred, but not required.

Must be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
