The World's 50 Best menu is coming soon to Next Restaurant. In preparation for this challenging and global experience, The Alinea Group seeks Full-Time FOH members to join our team in Chicago with a strong sense of urgency and determination who consider hospitality their career. Our new menu will showcase signature dishes from some of San Pellegrino’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
This is the right position for a focused and inquisitive applicant looking to learn and grow. The ability to provide a memorable experience for our guests while reacting to the lively environment of our kitchens is necessary. Responsibilities of the Role:
Work under the direction of our managers and chefs
Effectively pass information from kitchen to the service team
Study and learn every element of each dish and beverage
45-55 hours per week
Dependent on experience

50% company contribution to single HMO medical, vision, dental and life coverage, during the first 2 years of full-time employment.
100% company contribution to single HMO medical plan, vision, dental and life after 2 years of full-time employment.
Paid time off available to use after 6 months of full-time employment
