We’re looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused full-time barista to join our team at East Rock Coffee. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced café environment, takes pride in quality service, and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the café
- Handling busy rush periods with speed and professionalism
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Restocking and maintaining inventory levels
- Working collaboratively with the team to create a positive environment
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or café experience preferred
- Knowledge of espresso machines and drink preparation
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Weekend availability required
- Friendly personality with a strong work ethic

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00) plus tips
