Chef de Partie

Restaurant Ki is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef de Partie to join our intimate and highly collaborative kitchen team.

We are intentionally a small operation and place great value on teamwork, shared responsibility, discipline, and mutual respect. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their role, works harmoniously with others, and contributes thoughtfully to both the culinary and operational standards of the restaurant.

While this position may not follow a traditional mentorship model, we are eager to work alongside an individual who is prepared to operate as a true teammate—someone motivated to grow through collaboration, consistency, and shared accountability.

At Restaurant Ki, kitchen responsibilities extend well beyond executing dishes. Team members are expected to be deeply involved in mise en place organization, service execution, cleanliness, communication, and maintaining the overall rhythm and integrity of the kitchen. Flexibility, professionalism, and strong attention to detail across multiple areas are essential.

We are seeking a candidate who is reliable, technically strong, emotionally mature, and who both gives and expects respect in the workplace.

Qualifications:
• Experience as a Junior Sous Chef (or higher) in a Michelin-style restaurant, or
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a restaurant environment
• Ability to commit to a Wednesday–Sunday schedule
• Fluency in English is required
