Grille 620 is looking for experienced, team-oriented servers to join our front-of-house team. We are seeking candidates who take pride in providing polished, professional service and can excel in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
Ideal candidates should have a strong hospitality mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with both guests and teammates during high-volume service.
Responsibilities include:
Providing professional, attentive service in a fine dining setting
Maintaining strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
Working efficiently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Communicating clearly with guests, managers, and kitchen staff
Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout each shift
Delivering a consistent, elevated guest experience
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of serving experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fine dining environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Sunday availability is required
Wine knowledge preferred, but not required
Toast POS proficiency preferred, but not required
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($3.69) plus tips
