Fish Cheeks is looking for talented Line Cooks to join our team!

FISH CHEEKS is a seafood-focused Thai restaurant on Bond street in Manhattan's NoHo neighborhood offering authentic Thai cuisine inspired by the flavorful, approachable food our chefs grew up eating. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years line cook (or bended prep and line cook) experience
• 2+ years of NYC restaurant experience
• Available to work lunch and dinner shifts, Weekends and Holidays
• Demonstrate a passion for food
• Team player able to follow directions and sustain quality in a fast paces kitchen

Responsibilities Include:

• Preping and cooking during operating hours
• Supervising the cleanliness, sanitation standards and organization of the Kitchen
• Quality control & maintaining high standards
• Must be able to lead by example and cook professionally
• Daily Production
• Daily Ordering
• Expediting Service
• Supporting the Line as necessary
• Follow the Chefs’ directions to manage all aspects of the restaurant
