Maintain a positive and professional work environment that encourages accountability, communication, and teamwork.
Direct all food preparation and kitchen production to ensure quality, consistency, and timely execution of service and events.
Oversee all operations of a full-service kitchen while executing high-volume service across multiple event spaces.
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture through consistent coaching and leadership.
Collaborate with the team to create and execute seasonal menus that align with event programming and guest experience goals.
Manage ordering & receiving .
Prepare and monitor weekly labor and food cost reports to support budgeting and profitability goals.
Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, county, and municipal health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
