Job Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a smile and deliver an exceptional experience from start to finish
- Expedite and run food quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Bus and reset tables to keep service flowing smoothly
- Respond to guest needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of all work areas throughout your shift (clean-as-you-go)
- Complete opening, closing, and side work as assigned by management
- Uphold all NYC Department of Health (DOH) standards and safety practices
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to stand and move for the entire shift, including navigating stairs and/or ramps
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
