Golden Age Hospitality is hiring experienced Servers to join our team at one of our high-energy New York City venues.
We are seeking hospitality-driven individuals who understand how to create exceptional guest experiences while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Candidates should be polished, personable, and confident managing busy sections with professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Provide attentive and knowledgeable food and beverage service
- Guide guests through menus, cocktails, wine, and specials
- Maintain strong awareness of timing, pacing, and table maintenance
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and support staff
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Uphold company standards of hospitality and service excellence
- 1–2 years serving experience in a high-volume restaurant, cocktail bar, or nightlife setting
- Strong food, wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: Hourly ($11.35)
