Position: Server – Rooftop Bar & Lounge

Position Summary:
As a Server, you will deliver seamless, attentive, and personalized service to our guests while upholding the highest standards of hospitality. This role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced nightlife setting.
Schedule Requirements:
- Availability for weekends is required
- Ability to work late-night shifts
- Flexible availability based on business needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service in line with Gansevoort Core Values and Coyle Standards
- Guide guests through menu offerings, including cocktails, wine, and food selections
- Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Collaborate with bartenders, runners, and support staff to ensure seamless service
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain composure and professionalism in a high-volume, nightlife-driven environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of serving experience, preferably in upscale or nightlife venues
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and food pairings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- NYC Food Handler’s Certificate a plus
