Mission Seviche is looking for experienced servers. 

Qualification:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of high-volume fine dining experience.

2. Great wine and cocktail knowledge.

3. Understand and communicate well with the English language.

4. Great smile and positive attitude under pressure, understanding the meaning of "up-sell." instead of just taking orders.

5. Understanding or being interested in learning Peruvian cuisine. And the Spanish language is a plus but unnecessary.

6. Understanding "Team Work" with co-workers and the management team.

7. Must be able to initiate and engage guests in conversation professionally.
