Following the success of his Soho institution, Emmett's, owner Emmett Burke longed to create a space exclusively showcasing Chicago’s lesser known but hometown favorite pizza: tavern style thin crust. Taking inspiration from his favorite places to visit - the South of France and the North woods of Wisconsin - Emmett’s on Grove celebrates the spirit of a classic American Tavern with European influences.
