S.K.Y. opened in the iconic Belden-Stratford building in Lincoln Park, and we’re continuing to build a strong, passionate team. Chef Stephen Gillanders’ flagship restaurant is known for globally inspired, contemporary American cuisine served in a welcoming, upscale-casual environment.
Our new space features a stunning dining room with lake views, outdoor patio seating, and two unique concepts under the same roof: Le Mistral, a hidden wine & cocktail bar tucked behind the kitchen, and INTRO, an intimate private tasting experience.
We are currently looking for full-time servers with full availability to join our team. This is a tip-pool house with opportunities to work across the main dining room, patio, private events, and beverage-focused experiences.
We are looking for individuals who are genuinely interested in hospitality and eager to learn and grow with us. We offer ongoing training programs with a strong emphasis on food, wine, cocktails, sake, and service education.
Please note:
- Full-time availability is required
- Weekend and holiday availability is expected

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($12.62) plus tips
