Line Cook

Grille 620 is seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their station, works well in a structured kitchen, and brings a team-oriented mindset to every shift.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in at least one key kitchen station, including Broiler, Grill, or Cold Side. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating proficiency in Broiler, Grill, or Cold Side stations
• Prepping and setting up assigned workstations daily
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout service
• Following recipes, plating standards, and chef direction
• Working efficiently and professionally as part of a team
• Supporting the kitchen during service and closing responsibilities
• Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
