Stellina Pizzeria is looking for energetic, outgoing, and hospitable servers to join the team at our Union Market location.
As a server you are the face of our restaurant and are expected to provide excellent customer service, know the menu extensively, and ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and create a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive
- Take customer food and beverage orders accurately while answering menu questions and making recommendations when needed
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure all orders are prepared and served correctly
- Provide attentive, efficient customer service and address guest requests or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and front-of-house spaces throughout each shift
- Assist with setting up, stocking, and replenishing supplies to support smooth daily operations
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and team members to ensure fast, high-quality service during busy periods
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
Weekend availability is a must.
