Job Title: On Call Event Dishwasher/Sanit Attendant
Location: Various Venues
Reports To: Sanit Captain/Event Captain/Event Producer

About

Dishwasher-This role is responsible for washing and organizing In house rentals used in the execution of our on call events.

Sanit Attendant-you will work directly with the Sanit Captain checking in and organinzing event rentals. You will also assist in maintaining waste streams as part of our zero waste initiative

Who You Are

You’re dependable, fast, and take pride in doing essential work extremely well. You show up, stay focused, and keep the station clean.

Restaurant/cagtering dish experience preferred but not required
Strong work ethic, stamina, and attention to cleanliness
Team-first attitude; willing to jump in where needed

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, serving vessels,
Maintain dish station organization: proper sorting, storage, and restocking
Assist with receiving/put-away, trash/recycling, and end-of-night breakdown
Keep BOH areas clean and safe (floors, mats, drains, equipment wipe-downs)
Communicate supply needs (soap, sanitizer, towels, etc.) to leadership
