Line Cook

We are looking for a skilled Line Cook with experience in Italian cuisine to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about authentic Italian cooking, thrives under pressure, and can execute dishes with consistency and precision.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Execute Italian dishes such as pasta, risotto, sauces, and proteins with authenticity
• Set up and maintain assigned station during service
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and timely plating
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization

• Proven experience as a line cook, preferably in an Italian restaurant
• Strong knowledge of Italian ingredients, techniques, and flavor profiles
• Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Experience with fresh pasta, wood-fired cooking, or regional Italian cuisine
• Culinary school training (a plus, not required)
