Located within the New York EDITION, The Clocktower serves modern cuisine with a distinct U.K. sensibility, offering tastes of contemporary London just steps from Madison Square Park. This 90-seat gastronomic destination features three intimate dining rooms, a dedicated billiards room, and the iconic Gold Bar — a striking cocktail space wrapped entirely in 24k gold leaf, where elevated hospitality and guest engagement are central to the experience.
The menu celebrates and refines classic British fare through simple yet thoughtful dishes, while the award-winning wine program showcases a 250-bottle collection spanning both Old and New World producers, featuring everything from iconic vintages to vibrant, fruit-forward and herbaceous selections designed to complement the menu.
We are seeking a hospitality-driven Bartender who thrives on engaging with guests, curating an energetic and welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to a polished, experience-led beverage program.This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- Hourly rate of $11.35 + tips

- 2+ years’ experience as a Bartender in a well-rated NYT or fine dining restaurant
- Strong wine, beer, and spirit knowledge
- Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with peers and guests
- The desire to manage a strong beverage program with a unique cocktail menu
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend brunches and weekday shits
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35) plus tips
