A 90-seat gastronomic gem, the restaurant comprises three intimate dining rooms, a dedicated billiards room and a lively bar made up entirely of 24k gold leaf, each individual space exuding its own personality. The menu celebrates and elevates classic British fare, built around simple, satisfying plates with subtle refinements; the inspired wine program features an award winning collection of 250-bottles offering varying styles highlighting both Old and New World producers. This position offers a comprehensive package including:

• A base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000
• Quarterly bonus program

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership

• Lead by example to inspire and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment and continuously improving team morale, education, and performance.
• Coach and develop the FOH hourly staff to consistently meet and exceed service standards, while ensuring seamless execution of service steps and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a close working relationship with the culinary team and ensure strong communication through services and events.

Team Development

• Assist the General Manager in all aspects of staffing, including interviewing, hiring, retention, scheduling, and training, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet seasonal business trends and operational needs.
• Contribute to team growth through targeted coaching and support, ensuring all team members are well-equipped to succeed.

Business Growth

• Maintain high standards of operations and quality control, ensuring exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to detail on the floor.
• Actively engage with guests, recognizing regulars and VIPs, and helping to foster a loyal customer base that drives repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor and manage labor costs through adaptive scheduling and accurate forecasting.
