Host / Reservationist

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and hospitality-driven Host / Hostess to join our restaurant team in New York City. The ideal candidate will create a warm first impression for guests while helping maintain smooth front-of-house operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude

• Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently

• Maintain accurate waitlists and communicate wait times

• Escort guests to tables and provide menus

• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries

• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth seating flow

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area

• Assist with opening and closing duties
