OPEN CALL INTERVIEW: Tuesday – Thursday | 3 PM – 5 PM
We are looking for a hardworking, energetic, and hospitality-driven Assistant Server to join our restaurant team in New York City. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities:

Assist servers during service to ensure smooth dining operations

Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently

Reset and maintain tables and dining areas
-
Refill water, clear plates, and support guest needs
-
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift

Support opening and closing duties
Requirements:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
-
Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Basic drinks knowledge is required

Experience handling Toast POS is a plus
-
Weekend availability is a must
-
Availability to work evenings and holidays
-
Previous restaurant experience is preferred

Ability to stand and move for extended periods
