The Head Bartender is responsible for ensuring excellence in bar operations and the overall performance of the bar team. Working in conjunction with the General Manager, the Head Bartender provides key support in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining operational standards. The Head Bartender’s role is integral in upholding the beverage program and setting a high standard for service.
A primary emphasis of this role is the Research and Development (R&D) of the Beverage Menu, ensuring that the menu remains innovative, high-quality, and aligned with Wiggle Room’s changing identity. The Head Bartender is expected to drive creativity and forward-thinking in the beverage program, predicting seasonal trends to introduce seasonal offerings, custom cocktails, and unique beverage experiences.
