About Us
ART SoHo is a high-energy rooftop lounge in the heart of SoHo, known for elevated cocktails, vibrant nightlife, and exceptional guest experiences. As we head into our busiest season, we are looking for hardworking, hospitality-driven Server Assistants to join our team and help deliver seamless service in a fast-paced rooftop environment.
Responsibilities- Support servers and bartenders during service
- Run food and beverages quickly and accurately
- Reset and maintain tables to company standards
- Refill water, polish glassware, and assist with guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue
- Assist with opening and closing side work
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Prior restaurant or nightlife experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35) plus tips
