$100,000 Base + Profit Share 

A nationally proven, 10+ city nightclub and entertainment brand is opening a flagship location  and we’re looking for the operator who will build it from the ground up. This is a ground-floor Managing Partner opportunity with full P&L ownership and meaningful profit share upside — backed by one of the most experienced entertainment development companies in the U.S.

The concept is high-energy  nightlife:  line dancing, country music, DJ programming, specialty branded nights, VIP areas, fire pit patio, and a full stage. Think cowboy cool meets big-city nightlife. You’ll lead all pre-opening activities, build and develop your team, own the business, and share in the profits.

• 5+ years in nightlife, country nightclub, honky-tonk, or high-volume entertainment venue management
• New venue opening experience — pre-opening through grand opening launch
• Deep knowledge of entertainment programming: DJ, live music, themed events, VIP operations
• Country nightclub or western-themed bar experience is a strong differentiator
• Full P&L ownership in a multi-million dollar operation
• Chicago market relationships a significant advantage

Base $100,000 + profit share. Realistic total comp $120,000–$130,000+ year one. Full benefits. Relocation support available. Brand and operator details shared with qualified candidates.
