Restaurant Manager — Fine Dining

   Baltimore, MD

$75,000 Base + Performance Bonus

We’re looking for a polished, guest-obsessed Restaurant Manager for an upscale chef-driven European menus , chef driven  Pasta,  seafood, steaks  amazing wine list , great brunch as well  inside and outside seating in our  courtyard— a boutique fine dining concept built around a celebrated wine program and seasonal, ingredient-forward cuisine. This is a role for a manager who loves the dining room, leads with warmth, and holds themselves and their team to the highest service standards.

You’ll own the full front-of-house operation: training your team on fine dining service and wine program knowledge, partnering with the Executive Chef on menu execution, managing private dining and reservations, and building the kind of loyal guest relationships that make a restaurant a true destination.

  • 3–6 years of restaurant management in fine dining or upscale bistro
  • Strong wine knowledge; CMS or WSET certification a significant plus
  • Experience in a chef-driven, food-forward dining environment
  • Polished service presence with the ability to lead a refined FOH team
  • Genuine passion for food, wine, and elevated hospitality

Base salary $75,000 plus annual performance bonus. Full benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k). Baltimore market knowledge and existing guest relationships a plus.

Compensation: Salary/Hourly ($70,000.00 - $75,000.00)
