Opened in mid-March 2026 at the iconic Bal Harbour Shops, Slim’s is a steakhouse concept from renowned restaurateur Stephen Starr, whose Miami favorites such as Makoto, Le Zoo, and Pastis have become synonymous with style and exceptional dining. With prime cuts, expertly crafted cocktails, and Starr’s signature attention to every detail, Slim’s has quickly established itself as a must-visit destination in Miami’s luxury dining scene.

The team is currently seeking talented Line Cooks who are interested in working with a large, collaborative, cohesive culinary unit executing amazing food made with high-quality ingredients and integrity.

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook
  • Preferably with steakhouse experience
• Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry
• Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
• Ability to manage a station from prep to service
• Punctual, hard-working, and dependable
