Bartender

Palma Restaurant is seeking experienced, motivated, and dynamic bartenders to join our front-of-house team.

At Palma, we are known for exceptional Italian cuisine crafted from the finest ingredients, a thoughtful wine program, and elevated cocktails served with warm, genuine hospitality. We pride ourselves on creating memorable guest experiences in an intimate and vibrant setting.

We’re looking for hospitality professionals with strong bartending experience, excellent communication skills, and a guest-first mentality.

• Genuine Hospitality: Our ideal candidate delivers polished, attentive service with warmth, confidence, and care.
• Cocktail, Wine & Spirits Knowledge: Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, Italian wines, amari, and spirits is essential.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a busy dining room and bar environment is key.
• Team-Oriented Mindset: Candidates should work collaboratively with both bar and floor teams to ensure seamless service.

• Flexible schedule with availability for a minimum of 2–3 dinner shifts per week
• Weekend availability required
• Prior high-volume NYC restaurant experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards
