About the Role

The Demi Sous Chef provides key support to the Executive Chef in executing daily culinary operations across our winery estates. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and brings both creativity and precision to the kitchen.

What You’ll Do

•    Partner with the Executive Chef to execute seasonal culinary programs and elevated guest experiences 
•    Assist with food preparation, plating, and service execution 
•    Organize daily kitchen operations to ensure exceptional culinary offerings for guests 
•    Support private events and winery hospitality experiences 
•    Help maintain kitchen inventory, equipment, and organization standards 
•    Lead by example while supporting and collaborating with the culinary team

Qualifications

•    3+ years of experience in a similar culinary role 
•    Culinary training or degree preferred 
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively 
•    Excellent communication skills 
•    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
