Line Cook

Line/Prep Cook needed (Must be 21 +) - 

Kingston Mines, a famous Lincoln Park Blues music nightclub, with a bit of Southern flair, is hiring Line Cooks/Prep Cooks. We are looking for team members with a passion for food and a dedication to a clean, safe kitchen.

Hours WILL include: Friday 6:00pm - 4:00am & Saturday 6:00pm - 4:00am

May include: Thursday 5:00pm - 2:00am, Sunday 5:00pm - 1:00am

Responsibilities include

• Sets up stations and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces, etc
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
• Maintains cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces and work surfaces

• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Cooking experience
• Food Handler and Allergen Certificate must obtained within 30 days of employment

Job Types: Full-time/Part Time

Pay: $19.00 - 20.00 per hour, plus tips
