Key Responsibilities of a Restaurant General Manager
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Manage and mentor staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, achieve financial targets, and control costs.
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

What we expect from you as a Little Walter's General Manager
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a senior management role within the restaurant industry.
