Qualifications 

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong personal communication skills
• Has a can-do attitude and is willing to jump into any role as needed
• Ability to lead, motivate, and empower
• Ability to recognize problems and problem solve
• Ability to set goals and convert plans into action
• Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management

Desired Skills

• 3-5+ years of Restaurant Management experience required
• Must be available to work any shifts or schedules.
• Proven ability to lead a team and ensure guest satisfaction
