Server Assistant

A Pasta Bar is a modern Italian restaurant concept born in New York City, centered around handmade pasta, an open kitchen experience, and high-energy hospitality. Located in the heart of SoHo, A. Pasta Bar combines authentic Italian tradition with a contemporary dining atmosphere. We are passionate about exceptional food, attention to detail, and creating memorable guest experiences through both cuisine and service.

We are currently looking for a motivated and hardworking Server Assistant to join our team.

Assist servers and captains during service to ensure smooth floor operations, support table maintenance and resetting throughout service, deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently, maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas, refill water and assist with guest needs proactively, support opening and closing side work duties, communicate effectively with both FOH and BOH teams, maintain high standards of cleanliness, urgency, and professionalism during service, and contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.

Previous experience in hospitality or high-volume restaurants preferred, strong sense teamwork, ability to multitask, professional appearance and positive attitude, availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and passion for hospitality and guest experience.
