Assistant General Manager

Santa Panza is seeking an Assistant General Manager!
Our AGM will work closely with the GM and ownership to uphold the restaurant’s ethos, policies and service standards while overseeing the day to day operations of the restaurant. 

 

The ideal applicant: 

Has 2+ years of management experience

Shares our passion for great food, warm hospitality and beautiful surroundings
Knowledge and passion for cocktails, wine and beer

Takes a "hands on" approach and leads by example

Finds a sense of purpose and satisfaction in bringing joy to others

Is team oriented and fosters an inclusive and supportive environment for all

Loves the rush of a busy service and creatively problem solves under pressure
