Charlie’s is opening for additional days this  summer in St Helena and hiring for our team!

We are looking for full time or part time line cooks, prep cooks, and porters to join our kitchen team and work closely with local produce, meats, and purveyors on a team with a focus on collaboration, seasonality, attention to detail, and delicious food. We are a small team and value both the individual contributors and their growth and education as well as the culture as a whole and working closely with our dining room team to make special experiences for each of our guests.

About Chef Elliot and Charlie’s:
Elliot Bell, a 10-year veteran of Thomas Keller’s world-renowned The French Laundry, is set to open a restaurant of his own named Charlie’s after his four-year old son. The menu at Charlie’s will revolve around local purveyors and have seasonal offerings, featuring some of Chef’s favorite family recipes, and highlighting the diversity and quality of locally-sourced ingredients.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($22.00 - $26.00) plus tips
