Host / Maître D’ – Ace’s Pizza
Ace’s Pizza is looking for a polished, high-energy Host / Maître D’ to be the face of our restaurants. This role is all about first impressions, flow, and creating a welcoming experience from the moment guests walk in.
We’re a high-volume, hospitality-driven group with an 80’s/90’s pizza party vibe — and we take pride in delivering unconditional hospitality every single time.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet every guest warmly and set the tone for their experience
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table flow efficiently
- Communicate clearly with FOH + BOH to keep service smooth
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism
- Maintain an organized, clean, and presentable host stand
- Control the pace of the room while never making guests feel rushed
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, confident, and genuinely hospitable personality
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
- Prior host or guest-facing experience preferred (NYC experience a plus)
- Weekend availability is a must
