High Street is a bustling Center City restaurant, recently recognized by the Michelin Guide and a part of James Beard Award-winning High Street Hospitality Group. Our menu is focused on local producers and seasonal ingredients, featuring the work of our artisanal on-site bakery.

Position Description & Responsibilities  

We are actively searching for Servers who are committed to warm and genuine hospitality. The steps of service will be intentional and unwavering, though executing the standards with sincerity, kindness and your unique flair will carry the day! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, opening/closing side work tasks related to your role, managing and taking ownership of your assigned section, an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the menus & cocktails, and training new team members. 

Position Requirements 

• 2+ years of relevant restaurant experience 
• Flexible availability 
• Willingness to train new team members 
• Dedicated work ethic 
• Ability to work efficiently for 6-8 hours on your feet 
• Sincere interest in the art of hospitality, food and beverage 
• Barista experience a plus
