Line Cook

Mandu is one of DC’s longest-running Korean restaurants, serving traditional and modern Korean cuisine since 2006. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team for dinner service.

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen focused on quality, consistency, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute dishes consistently during high-volume service
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations
• Prep ingredients and assist with daily mise en place
• Follow recipes and kitchen standards with precision
• Work closely with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of line cook experience preferred
• Ability to work clean, fast, and stay organized under pressure
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Punctual and dependable
• Interest in Korean cuisine is a plus
