Position Overview:
We’re looking for a charismatic, organized Host to run the door and set the tone from the moment guests walk in. You’re not just managing a waitlist,you’re curating the experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet every guest with warmth, confidence, and personality
• Manage seating, waitlists, and table flow during busy shifts
• Communicate clearly with bartenders and servers to keep service smooth
• Handle guest questions, special requests, and delighting guest with “it’s my birthday” moment
• Maintain an organized entrance and overall first impression of the bar
• Keep the energy up—even when it’s packed and people are hangry

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong people skills—you genuinely like humans (even the crazy ones)
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Sharp attention to detail and good judgment
• Weekend and evening availability (this is when the magic happens)
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but personality is everything
