Host - Agora Tysons

The Host at Agora Restaurants is responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable first impression for every guest. As the first and last point of contact, this role plays a key part in delivering exceptional hospitality while supporting the smooth flow of the dining room.

Hosts manage reservations, coordinate seating, and communicate effectively with both guests and team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow using the Resy reservation system
• Escort guests to their tables while maintaining a positive and engaging presence
• Maintain accurate table status and support balanced seating throughout service
• Communicate clearly with servers and management regarding guest needs and dining room activity
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
• Provide a friendly farewell to all departing guests

• Previous restaurant hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
