Wheelhouse will feature a sophisticated cocktail program with a strong focus on martinis, alongside a thoughtfully curated wine and beverage list.
We are looking for high-volume, energetic, and fun bartenders who bring great energy, strong hospitality, and a true passion for cocktails and wine. Our bartenders are team-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences. 3 + years experience is a must!
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and create an engaging, upbeat bar experience
- Read guests and make thoughtful beverage recommendations
- Take and prepare drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong knowledge of the cocktail list, beer, wine, and spirits
- Execute cocktails with consistency, attention to detail, and proper technique
- Assist in planning drink menus and sharing knowledge of new features and specials
- Check IDs to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
- Handle cash and process payments accurately; maintain an organized register
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including glassware and tools
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth, efficient operations
- Contribute ideas for cocktail development and seasonal features
