About Us

6 Cocktails is an International fusion kitchen and craft cocktail bar in the heart of Downtown Tracy. We're expanding into lunch and brunch service and looking for a solid line cook who wants to be part of building something new.

The Role

As a Brunch/Lunch Line Cook, you'll be working alongside our Lead Cook in a focused, collaborative kitchen environment. You'll execute a global-inspired menu confidently, keep your station dialed in, and contribute to the kind of service our guests come back for. This is a great opportunity for a cook who's looking for daytime hours, a clean kitchen, and a team that respects the craft.

What You'll Do

• Set up, stock, and maintain your station for each service
• Prepare and cook menu items accurately, efficiently, and to spec
• Work cleanly and move with urgency during peak service hours
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards
• Keep your workspace and shared kitchen areas clean and hazard-free
• Communicate well with your teammates and support the Lead Cook
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage protocols

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of line cook or short-order cook experience (brunch or breakfast experience strongly preferred)
• Reliable, punctual, and available on weekends — this is non-negotiable
• Positive attitude and genuine team-player mentality
• Attention to detail and ability to hold quality during a rush
• Openness to learning a fusion menu and contributing to a growing program
• California Food Handler Certification (required before first shift)

Schedule & Details

• Saturday & Sunday (lunch/brunch shifts) — 16 hrs/week to start
• Additional weekday shifts possible as the program expands
