Restaurant Host

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a dining or hospitality setting.

Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them accordingly
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Provide menus and relay information about specials
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Skills:
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or guest services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Open Table, Resy or other like programs
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally
- Knowledge of food service procedures and etiquette
