Qualified Candidates will have:
- 1+ years experience as a Broiler Cook in a full service, upscale casual restaurant
- Experience with fresh products
- Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- AM and PM availability
