Position Summary
The Service Manager supports the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service, team performance, and overall guest experience.
This role is suited for an experienced hospitality professional who is comfortable operating in structured environments and contributing to both service execution and team development. The Service Manager plays a key role in ensuring consistency across all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across service, staffing, and floor execution
- Lead service periods with a strong presence and attention to detail
- Uphold company standards for service, timing, grooming, and professionalism
- Assist with hiring, training, and ongoing development of FOH team members
- Monitor staff performance and support accountability across the team
- Maintain clear communication between FOH, BOH, and leadership
- Assist in implementing company systems, policies, and procedures
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fine dining or high-standard environments
- Strong understanding of service flow and guest experience
- Proven ability to lead teams and maintain consistency during service
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to remain composed and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant systems, scheduling, and basic financial awareness
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000–$80,000 annual salary (based on experience)

Compensation: Salary ($72,000.00 - $82,000.00)
